How can I make an appointment?

Booking an appointment with us is very easy! Just click "Schedule Now!" button and you will be directed to our scheduling calendar.

Once you're on the calendar, you can select a date and time that aligns with your schedule. Additionally, you can choose the package that best suits your needs.

What types of services do you offer?

We offer a wide range of pet care services, from haircuts to luxurious spa treatments.

Our current service offerings cover:

Bathing Blow drying Gentle hair brushing Nail cutting Ear cleaning Eye cleaning Stylish haircuts Precise paw pad trimmings Sanitary Fittings HydrobathTM Relaxing Massages For that extra touch of elegance, we also offer scented sprays and stylish accessories like bows or bandanas, all included in our Premium package at no additional cost.

When scheduling an appointment, you will have the option of three different packages: Basic, Standard and Premium. Each package brings together several services into a unique pampering experience for your beloved pet, catering to different budget levels.

What can I anticipate during a grooming appointment?

We'll reach out to you for appointment confirmation the day prior. When our groomer is en route, you'll receive an ETA notification, and they will give you a call upon arrival. Feel free to communicate any specific requests you may have, such as parking the van near your apartment building, meeting you at your door, or waiting for you to bring your dog outside. Your convenience is our priority!

What is the typical duration of a grooming session?

The duration of a standard grooming appointment can vary, usually falling within the range of 1 to 2 hours. The specific timeframe may depend on factors like your chosen service package and the size and breed of your dog.

Which payment options are available?

We offer several payment methods, including cash, checks, and electronic transfers through Zelle and Venmo. Payment is settled directly with the groomer upon completion of their services.

Is it necessary for me to be present at home for the entire grooming session?

Your presence is required both when we arrive at your residence and when the groomer completes their work.

This is when you'll have the opportunity to admire your dog's new appearance.

While the grooming process is underway, you are free to leave your home and attend to your tasks. However, we adhere to a policy of never leaving dogs unattended. It's essential to ensure that you return on schedule or arrange for a trustworthy individual to be available to receive your dog and make the payment if you won't be back in time. Your pet's safety and satisfaction are our top priorities.
